I spent the next 15 years coaching and leading over 10,000 real estate professionals, helping them do the same thing. I've watched this approach transform careers, and I've watched too many good agents keep pouring money into a broken system when a better way was sitting right in front of them.
That's why I do what I do now. I help real estate agents stop chasing and start attracting by building businesses around their strengths, their story, and something worth standing for.
Instead of buying leads, I leaned into a cause and community I was passionate about serving and it lit up my soul and my business! From that day forward I couldn't unsee it. I knew I had found something special.
