How I Got Here
I spent the next 15 years coaching and leading over 10,000 real estate professionals, helping them discover the same thing. I've helped agents go from stuck and spinning to building thriving, referral-based businesses deeply rooted in who they are, the causes that light them up, and the communities they serve.
And I've helped too many good agents finally realize they'd been pouring money into a broken system when a better way was sitting right in front of them the whole time.
That's why I do what I do now. Because if I can inspire just one more agent to discover that giving back is the very thing that grows their business and lights up their life? Every bit of it is worth it.
From that day forward, I couldn't unsee it. I knew I had something special.
I was 16, riding along a two-lane highway in rural Iowa watching the corn rows flash by. In the blink of an eye, actually the drop of a french fry believe it or not, another car hit us head on at 60 miles an hour. I had a massive head injury and was losing blood fast. A bystander knelt beside me on the side of that road and began reading me my last rites. I was in bad shape.

Giving back and saying thank you to first responders (the ones who saved my life that day many years before). And here's the thing, it didn't just bring me clients from the cause itself. It attracted business from everywhere. Because people didn't just remember what I did. They remembered me because of what I stood for.
I didn't know the full impact that day would have on my life at the time. But I do now.

When I'm Not Working
I love all things food and travel and I'm a wildly adventurous eater. Craig and I love doing something for the first time together, whether that's a new country or a hole-in-the-wall restaurant we stumble into.
We once lived in a motorhome for an entire year touring the country and we've wandered everywhere from Thailand to Greece. Which tells you everything you need to know about how we're wired.
Oh, and I firmly believe the only correct way to eat pudding or ice cream is with a baby spoon. I will die on that hill.
I start most mornings with gratitude journaling and 10 minutes of meditation before the world gets loud. On weekends I'm the one at the farmers market picking out fresh veggies and a bouquet of flowers that absolutely nobody asked for.
Craig (my husband, my adventure partner, and the man who graciously pretends to enjoy having fresh flowers in every room) just smiles and goes with it.
Family is everything to me. I'm a proud stepmom to my daughter Megan, an even prouder Mimi to my grandson Mayson. I love nothing more than when the whole crew is together including my brother Chad and his family, my parents, even my grandparents (yes, still going strong). It's loud. It's chaotic. It's my favorite thing.
You'll probably find me on the water. That's where I recharge. Give me a boat, some sun, and nothing on the calendar and I'm a whole new person.
She doesn't just help people grow. She helps them grow on purpose, in a way that honors who they are and what they truly want. If you're lucky enough to have Abby in your corner, be ready for meaningful transformation.
