Each year during Q4, I take myself through what I call my Stoplight Exercise. It’s simple but powerful.

I ask myself three questions:
🛑 What do I need to stop doing?
These are the habits, tasks, or commitments that no longer serve my goals or values.
⚪ What should I keep doing?
These are the things that work, the strategies, relationships, and routines that move me forward.
💚 What do I need to start doing?
These are the new ideas, habits, or opportunities that align with where I’m going next.

This framework helps me see clearly where my time and energy should go in the new year, and what I need to leave behind to make space for what’s next.
